If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund. In order to process your return, please contact our Customer Service Team. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Products must be in the same condition in which they were received, in the original box and/or packaging and with all of the original accessories.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you are returning a phone, computer, or tablet please make sure you follow the directions below or the return/warranty will not be honored and will be returned to sender.
- The iCloud/Google account must be erased.
- The device must be restored to factory settings.
- The serial/IMEI number must match what we have in our sales record.
Returning Defective Products
At ARZ Technologies, we stand by the quality of our products. We have a rigorous quality control process and all products are labeled according to their condition. If, however, you receive a defective product, please follow the instructions below.
- Contact us, via the contact page or email, as soon as possible.
- Explain in detail the defects and attach pictures, if possible.
- Our customer service team will contact you with a resolution within 24 hours.
- All defective products are also backed by our 30-day return policy.
Please remember that all our accessory products are brand new. We do sell phones/tablets in both new and refurbished condition. Refurbished products are clearly labeled as such and a note on the physical and working condition of such devices is also included on the product page.
We offer both refunds and replacements for all returns. Please let us know which of these you prefer when you contact us.
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it and approve a credit. This usually takes 24-48 hours. After credit approval, we will either ship out a replacement or refund your account. A notification will be sent, providing you with complete details.
